Join us on March 24, 2026 from 3:00 - 4:00 PM ET to learn about best practices for identifying and prioritizing goals, objectives, and activities to address gaps in health outcomes for people and communities who have been disproportionately affected by HIV. Participants will also learn about developing SMART goals and objectives and how to build these into a comprehensive Integrated Plan work plan to ensure successful implementation, monitoring, and follow-up. Participants will be invited to share and discuss how their jurisdictions are approaching the concurrence process with their planning bodies.
