During this webinar, IHAP TAC reviewed the five stages of integrated planning, described how to synthesize epidemiological and needs assessment data into a Situational Analysis organized under the four EHE strategies, and described how this analysis informs the creation of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) Goals and Objectives. The session emphasized the importance of community and partner engagement throughout the planning cycle, offering insights from two jurisdictions, Virginia and Alaska, that have successfully implemented this data-to-action approach.
