IHAP TAC Tool

The Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Guidance, including the Statewide Coordinated Statement of Need, CY 2027-2031 requires an HIV Prevention, Care, and Treatment Resource Inventory. The purpose of this tool is to support the collection and analysis of all HIV resources in the jurisdiction. The table can be incorporated into the Integrated Plan submission.
