This resource provides guidance on conducting Account Tune-Ups to help make sure eligible clients are ready to enroll in health care coverage in the months leading up to Open Enrollment.

This is an easy-to-use tool intended to help RWHAP staff determine if a RWHAP client is eligible for Medicaid, Medicare, private or employer-sponsored insurance, or Marketplace coverage, depending on the client’s current coverage, income, and citizenship status, and other factors.

This tool is intended to help case managers better understand the fundamental health care coverage needs of their dually eligible clients, including how RWHAP and the ADAP work with Medicare and Medicaid coverage.
